Sonic - Green Hill Zone Lookout

This piece is based off a pencil sketch, created by a student of my cousin who is an art teacher. After my cousin found out this student was a huge fan of Sonic, he showed her the 3d models I made of Mecha Sonic and Knuckles (see my other work), she apparently went and drew this picture for me! I was so touched, that when my cousin reached out asking if I'd be willing to make a digital version for his student I had to accept. I think it's important to encourage younger folk to embrace their creative skills and passions, so I hope this speaks to her, as it did to me. This was a fun project to work on, taking me back to my childhood. I got it printed after, and really happy with how the colors came out.
